Wild-Tend

Wild-Tend Consultation

  • We offer Wild-Tend consultations at the rate of $115/hour.

  • This is a management-focused consultation with an expert in native plant ID and troubleshooting

  • Please choose from available times using our self-scheduling tool on ‘Contact ’ page

landscape Stewardship

  • We offer maintenance plans on our installations and similar projects featuring native plant communities

  • Custom 1st year maintenance plans are included in all Wildscape installation projects

    • This allows us to keep a close eye on establishment progress during the critical 1st year after installation. As most native landscape projects take 3-5 years to become established, we recommend continued maintenance for at least 3 years following installation.

  • Standard rate $35-40/hr

    • Commercial discounts available

design

  • “Quick Design” available as a no-frills full property design proposal for $500

    • Based on using seed mixes or native groundcover for planting areas; minimal planting design

    • Budget option that’s best for a uniform groundcover or seed mix project (including native lawn replacement)

  • “Standard Design” full property landscape designs average $1,000

    • Traditional landscape design based on Design proposals vary by complexity and will be in the price range of $500-1,500 at designer’s discretion after the consultation, depending on the time required of the design details based on the consultation

  • “Flower Bed Design” for $350

    • Consultation optional- client may provide pictures and area calculation remotely

  • Design fee is paid in advance

Installation

  • A healthy budget for your full property landscape renovation is 5-10% of the property value

  • Upon accepting our proposal, a 50% deposit of the total invoice is required to begin installation

  • Phased installation plans and payment plans are possible
