For Consultations Only:

Please book a Wild-Tend Consultation ($150) to have us assess your property with you and discuss the best way to achieve your vision for DIY land stewardship and ecological restoration. This is a management-focused consultation with an expert in native plant ID and troubleshooting.

Denton Turf Rebate folks and DIY-ers, our D-i-Wildscape ($250) package is for you. This is a self-paced, flexible, hybrid in-person/remote consultation combo to optimize your DIY and Turf Rebate experience. Please see the policy description on page 2 of booking for full details. 

For Design & Installation (3 options*):

Our Basic Wildscape ($500) is based on a mass planting from either a seed mix or repeated matrix. This is our recommended choice for a beautiful and cohesive Wildscape, giving the barebones layout needed for construction and putting more of your budget toward installation. Also applicable to projects with a low level of detailing required, like turf alternatives and small flower beds.

An Advanced Planting Plan ($1,500) is best for a more curated aesthetic featuring native plants, or a project with multiple stylistically distinct areas. This is comparable to a standard landscape design, with a high level of consideration and detailing around planting design and presentation.

Master Plans ($2,500+) are for long-term ecological restoration plans, larger acreage projects, and unique designs requiring exceptional consideration and detailing. Flexible for any install budget.

*An intro consultation is included at time of booking and covered by the checkout fee below. Your selection helps us match the right design consultant to your needs. Throughout the consultation, we will evaluate fit and may recommend changing design options. Consultation booking fees are applied to your total design cost, with the remaining design fee balance billed within 7 days of the consultation upon an agreement to proceed.

ADDITIONAL SERVICE RATES:

landscape Stewardship

  • We offer maintenance plans on our installations and similar projects featuring native plant communities

  • Custom 1st year maintenance plans are included in all design proposals

    • This allows us to keep up with establishment progress during the critical 1st year after installation. As most native landscape projects take 3-5 years to become established, we also recommend continued maintenance for at least 3 years following installation.

  • Residential labor rate $40/hr, Commercial rate $35/hr

Installation

  • While we are proud to work with any budget, a healthy budget for a typical full property landscape renovation is 5-10% of the property value

  • Upon approving your design proposal, a 50% down deposit of the total estimate is required to begin installation

  • Phased installation and payment plans may be possible by request
