Design + Installation
Our team will create a design for your property based on your goals and site conditions. We will provide an itemized proposal and timeline detailing all stages of an installation, and upon approval, complete the installation from start to finish.
Wildscapes are dynamic and resilient, but guidance in the first few years is important. We include a 3 year “Aftercare” plan as part of installations to ensure proper establishment during this critical period. We also offer maintenance plans after this time so we can continue to learn from the landscape and include you in its changes.
Please book your initial consultation at least 4 months before your desired installation date, if possible. This will ensure a smooth workflow as it takes a minimum of 1-3 months to prepare for an installation. The earlier we start planning, the better!

Sometimes a lawn is what you want, and we won’t argue with that!
For full sun areas, we offer native short grass lawn installation by sod (and by seed for large areas)- perfect for replacing invasive Coastal Bermuda and thirsty non-native turf. These native Buffalo lawns are low maintenance once established, requiring less water and mowing.
For shadier areas, we offer sedge “lawns” and various groundcover options.
